Ash Wednesday

The Season of Lent begins on Ash Wednesday — a day when we remember that we will not live forever. We will return to the dust from which we were made. Remembering that we are nothing but dust grounds us in humility as this season of reflection begins.

Come be part of an Ash Wednesday worship service with Dreams and Visions. A simple and intimate one-hour worship service with songs, prayers, and a brief reflections. Pastor Emily will mark the sign of the cross on your forehead in ashes, in remembrance that we all come from the dust.

Wednesday, February 14

6:00-7:00pm

1900 St. Paul Street

Skylight Hall

Dreams and Visions is an LGBTQ+ rooted community. We honor your full selves, use your pronouns, and do our best to create trauma-informed spaces. Gender neutral bathrooms are available. While the lower level is accessible by ramp, the new worship space is located up a set of stairs. Please contact Vicar Mo at vicar@stmarksbaltimore.org if you have trouble navigating stairs, and we will work with you to create a plan.
