INCARNATE: A Queer Christmas Pageant

It’s a story of God choosing the powerless over the powerful, the poor over the rich. It’s a story of a king being found not in a palace but in a stable. It’s a story of field workers being the first ones to understand.

At Christmas, we remember God chose to dwell among us — every one of us. God’s love is for you, no matter what you may have been told.

*

Together, we’ll tell the story of Christmas in a Queer and sacred space.
You are welcome and your participation is desired!

Costumes provided (or come in your own!) carols sung, communion offered!

All ages, all genders, all faiths (or no faith) are welcome!

Cider, boozy and non, afterward!

Sunday Sanctuary: We are Called

Every second Sunday of the month, Dreams and Visions gathers for worship.

This gathering, we’ll explore calling and vocation. What are we meant to do in this world, especially when God calls us to make justice? And what does it mean to “listen to God’s calling?” How do we hear it?

Sunday Sanctuary: Body and Soul

Every second Sunday of the month, Dreams and Visions gathers for worship.

In February we’ll explore what it means to have a body. We are creatures made from the mud of the earth. We hunger and thirst, sweat and cry. We may have been taught are bodies are sources of shame or our desire pushes us father from God. What does it look like to lay down shame, and love our God-created bodies and embrace our God-given desires?

Sunday Sanctuary: "We Will Dream"

Can a dream make a difference?

This worship service will explore the Prophet Joel’s words that “your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your elders shall dream dreams, and your youth shall see visions.”

Who better to tell us the story of the difference a dream makes than leaders from Baltimore’s Ceasefire Movement, Charlene and Tiffany.
