Dreams and Visions will team up with our partner congregation, St. Mark’s, to contribute something beautiful and environmentally friendly to our urban landscape!

We’ll be creating a small rain garden in an open patch of sidewalk on St. Mark’s property, as well as planting polinators beneath existing trees and caring for the tree beds. The pollinators will help support insect life like bees, which are so crucial to our environment. And the rain gardens and planting will help mitigate storm water run off, returning rain to the earth.

Gather outside the church at 5pm. Bring sunscreen, any garden tools you have, heavy gloves and wear close toed shoes! We’ll plan for a little more than an hour, then share some food together on the Portico.
